What are the online plans?
First of all I want to get out there that all the people who say losing weight/getting fit can’t be done at home they can all f*** off… … Losing weight is a basic science and when we understand how our bodies do that process, we are able to control it. On any of our plans, you will learn about energy balance and how your body works in order to help you understand exactly what we are going to be doing. We will be using basic nutrition principles and a lot of hard work to get you to where you want to be. No excuses.
What are the online plans and how do they work?
You’ll receive 4 weeks of nutrition planning when you sign up to any of these 3 plans. These will be personal plans created from the information you provide through your health questionnaire when you sign up. You’ll have weekly check-ins with one of our nutrition advisors where you can discuss your plan, your progress and ask as many questions as you like about your plan. (Your meal plan will also change as your body does!) We’re not just giving you a workout schedule and leaving you to it. We will teach you about nutrition and give you our full support the way. Once you’re signed up your official apart of the Real Life team!
Every plan comes with your own online profile. This is where you’ll find the program structure, full video demos of each workout, tick list to track your work and weight tracker see and monitor your progression.
This is a 4-week training program and our longest running plan. We’ve seen so many amazing transformations. Both with appearance and fitness ability.

What does it look like?
When you sign up, you’ll first need to complete your health questionnaire. This is where you tell us your goals, and everything we need to know about you.
Each week, you’ll have 4 workouts to complete and 3 daily challenges to hit every day (You complete these in your own time). There will also be a fitness test to do each week (Don’t worry about this, it just takes 8 minutes and is only to track your progression and see your improvement!)
You’ll also have a specific check-in day each week with a nutrition advisor. This is where you discuss your plan, your progress, and ask any question you like.

Home Hell has definitely been our most popular plan and from it we’ve seen some insane progress! This plan is 4 weeks of intense training along with nutrition planning from our master’s level nutritionists. This is a fat loss plan, you’ll be burning A LOT OF CALORIES while being in a healthy calorie deficit.
