CLASSES

A class is only as hard as your willing to work. Classes are designed to be tough, it has to be tough to progress. We have all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes all training together. Some lift heavier and move quicker but one thing they all have in common is we are all working our hardest. Working amongst people with the same mission gives you that extra push you need to see it through.
