4 weeks high intensity GYM BASED training plan.
This is 20 sessions over 4 weeks that will push you to the edge of your abilities and make you question whyyyyyy the F did you buy this plan,
BUT if you can complete the summer shred progress is undeniable.
We have performance based sessions and you will complete EACH SESSION TWICE over the 4 weeks making sure when we come back to it the second time round WE PERORM BETTER! If we perform better we look better, FACTS!
KIT NEEDED – Barbell, Dumbbells, Ski erg, Assault Bike, Rower, Runner, Step/Box, big meaty balls 🙂
