I enjoyed everything about Home Hell! It was tough the first few days but I enjoyed the workouts, the food and loved how much help was available from the team. The variety over the 4 weeks and the way you go back to the first workouts and see how far you’ve progressed! I was amazed!! I struggled the first few weeks but kern really helped break things down for me and I feel a lot more confident about it all now.

Thoroughly enjoyed the plan! Made me enjoy the gym and gave me the kickstart i needed, especially after this horrific year. Learnt so much that i’ll be able to take away with me so that i can carry on the journey. Honestly can’t think of anything to improve if i’m honest. I can clearly see the amount of effort that had gone in to create this plan.

I thought I used to train pretty hard from the knowledge I had previously gained through a PT but it was nothing compared to how hard your workouts were and how hard I had to push myself to complete them! There is absolutely nothing you could improve! You were always consistent and quick at replying every Sunday at check in and I always found your responses very thorough and useful, as though you really did take the time to look through my profile and my progress from one week to the next !
this is where I got to in three months with 1 session a week with Nath! Traveled an hour each way to train and by god I loved every minute of it! Didn't just work out, I was educated on nutrition, how to work out effectively and most importantly how to love myself no matter where I'm upto! Stay strong and fight through when it gets tough and you'll get results
The Home Booty plan
Literally learnt so much since starting with real life in April and genuinely feel like a new person like not only physically but mentally as well. The reason I love it is because Real life really do put you through your paces, they push you to your limits and way past them and make you realise that you can genuinely do anything you put your mind too
I loved every minute of Home Hell. It's the first time I’ve ever followed a workout plan and actually felt good about myself for doing it. Even though it's over now I’m doing it again on my own. . Everything was spot on down to the workout, meal plans and support. I’ve seen a big difference in my body and my fitness level. I just need to push my self harder to get to my ultimate goal and to feel confidant about my self
I absolutely loved Home Hell. The workouts are torture but you always feel amazing after them. The food plan is unreal, there’s so much food on the plan that you actually like and you never feel hungry. It’s the first plan Iv ever done that actually changes your meal plan every week. I feel someone was always on hand to answer my questions. I have another while to go but this was definitely the kick start I needed and Iv learned so much about nutrition.
