100 Rep Home workout Challenge
Okay. So, gyms are shut and its FREEZINGGG outside. How can we burn the calories at home and start to shift some of the holiday weight?
For those who are ready to 2021 with a bang and not letting lockdown get in the way of achieving your goals. This calorie burning challenge is for you!
The aim: To complete 10 reps of each exercise as fast as you possibly can.
Anyway, here it is. The 100rep home workout challenge.
X10 Squats
X10Jump squat
X10Reverse lunges
X10Squat hold
X10Sit ups
X10Bicycles
X10Mountain climbers
X10Press-ups
X10Chest to floors
X10Spiders
Take a 2 minute break.
Then repeat 5-10 times and try not to die.
