Our expert personal trainers will guide you towards your perfect body. You will be weighed, measured and body fat tested prior to starting, you will also fill in an in–depth lifestyle questionnaire, this will help us fine tune your personal training and nutrition plan specifically to you.
Working in a group of people on the same mission as you gives you that extra push you need to see it through. With our monthly membership you get everything you would as if you were on a personal training programme. Only difference is you choose your sessions off our timetable and you train in a group, you can pick any 4 sessions each week.
With our online training experience you will feel as if you are with your trainer first hand, you get full video demos of every exercise you perform, full nutrition planning throughout your programme changed each week based on your results.
