You have 2 questionnaires to fill in, please fill your questionnaires in with as much detail as possible this will be your training goals/history, your food preferences the forms are very detailed and the more info we have the better we can help you. Next your online weight tracker, please add your weight and photos asap, once you have completed these steps we have all we need to make your meal plans, your nutrition advisor will be in touch regarding your plans and your PT will be in touch to get you booked in for session 1.
