Strawberry Chia Pot RecipeÂ

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes (plus 8 hours refrigeration)

INGREDIENTS
180g frozen strawberries, thawed
125ml almond milk
80g coconut yoghurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp honey (or maple syrup) 4
5g chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Place strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey in a blender and blitz. Add chia seeds and stir well. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
