First up we have the boss man! Tyler founded Real Life Health and Fitness on his own in 2017 after being a PT for 3 years.
Tyler lives and breathes helping people, he’s focused on progressing his knowledge on training and nutrition for the past 7 years and he’s invested everything he has into growing this brand to where it is now.
He will care about you and will make sure that you have absolutely everything in place so that you can be the best version of you no matter what your personal circumstances are.

This is Eric - The Smiling Assassin.
Eric has a first class degree in Sports and Exercise Science. He’s a level 2 specialist is Strength and Conditioning. Also Pre and Post Natal qualified.
He has over 8 years PT experience and a wide depth of knowledge. He brings his own style of training with Fitter, Faster, Stronger Group PT and online.
Eric and Tyler have just teamed up to bring you the Real Life Academy. Where they will be providing you with fully accredited PT qualifications.
