This is a 6 week performance based programme, designed with the key principles of Strength & Conditioning training.
You will develop your strength, fitness, speed and core giving you an overall athletic approach and appearance.
You will complete 4 sessions a week, each of them designed to test you and structured for progression to get the best results. You must track every session!
Everything is tracked in your online account, workouts, meal plans, recipe books all at the tip of your fingers! Are you ready to become fitter, faster, stronger?
It is a gym based plan. Most gyms should have all the equipment required. You will also need an ab wheel.
